Not sure where to begin?

Questions, gently answered.

A few things people often want to know before they begin.

Do I need prior experience?
No. Many people begin here during a season of transition or uncertainty. Our classes and sessions are designed to meet you where you are, with modifications, pacing, and consent-based guidance woven into every offering. You are not expected to perform — only to participate at your own capacity.
Can I combine services?
Yes — in fact, many people do. Because our practitioners share a collaborative philosophy and language of care, movement, counseling, bodywork, and meditation naturally reinforce one another. Integration is strengthened when approaches stay in conversation, and you don't have to coordinate that alone — we can help guide the process.
Is this appropriate if I experience anxiety, trauma, or chronic pain?
Yes. Our work is grounded in nervous-system awareness and trauma-informed practice. We prioritize regulation, consent, and pacing. You will never be pushed beyond your capacity — safety and steadiness come first, and intensity is never the goal.
What if I'm not sure where to begin?
That's completely normal. Start with what feels most accessible — a class, a consultation, a single session. Transformation here isn't about making the 'perfect' choice. It's about taking a steady first step within community, and the rest unfolds from there.
What do you offer?
Movement classes (Yoga, Barre, Pilates), meditation, mental health counseling, therapeutic bodywork, Reiki and crystal healing, health coaching, and comprehensive Pilates, Barre, and Yoga teacher trainings — all within one collaborative community in downtown New Bern.
